The staff were friendly and always helpful from arrival to departure. Dining was a treat, the team served good food and constantly checked on our well-being. The cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of our room. The room service team provided fresh sheets and towels daily, keeping our room super clean.
The gym's opening hours were slightly late, difficult to fit in a workout early in the morning. (I like to exercise before breakfast).

the hotel has plenty of space. there are shared areas with other hotels. a good choice of self-service restaurants is available. heated pools are nice and slides are enjoyable. there is great animation for families.
i found the reception staff rude and unhelpful. i asked for a late check out and was told it's £100. i asked to see the policy. the staff was very rude. they said i didn't have to take it with attitude. the room was too dark and there weren't enough plug sockets.

Staff provided perfect service. The hotel appears very clean. Staff took perfect care of me. Food was also great, and I enjoyed the experience.
The music around the pool was a bit loud at times for people who enjoy a more quiet vacation.

the hotel had plenty of space with shared areas among other hotels in the resort. i found a great choice of self-service restaurants and heated pools. the slides provided much fun and animation added to the vibrant atmosphere. i also enjoyed that it was great for families.
i noticed the floors near the pools were quite slippery, a slight concern with all the water around.

I found the staff VERY professional across ALL departments. Reception, restaurants and pool service was GREAT. Cleanliness is top notch EVERYWHERE. There are numerous pools and the aquapark IS very nice. The beach is nearby. A shuttle provides frequent rides.
